The SBDC at The University of West Alabama is pleased to promote an important small business educational event in partnership with US Internal Revenue Services.

The seminar will provide information on

• new legislation/tax rates and useful tables
• cover filing requirements for businesses based on their legal form of operation, such as sole proprietorship taxes and who is responsible in a partnership
• small business tax issues and protocol for dealing with tax issues.

The information will be presented by Ms. Nora Huffman, Senior Stakeholder Liasion IRS.

There will also be information available on the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance by Dr. Sharon Stipe.
